My week in words:

I was totally shocked that I lost weight this week.  I fell off the wagon big time this week as it was half-term, and I also had a cold.  But maybe the previous two weeks where I had been much better helped.  Who knows?  Maybe it’ll catch up with me…

For the first time in a long while I didn’t go the gym.  And I missed it big time!  But at least the running is on track, and the marathon training is still going well.
